INTRODUCTION
BUSRAPIDO is a website developed and managed by Busforfun.com S.r.l. (hereinafter also "Busforfun"), with registered office at Via Jacopo Salamonio, 3 – Venice, which allows for the booking/purchase of one or more services indicated on said site.

DATA SUBJECTS
The data subjects are the website users who use the platform to book/purchase transport rental services such as shuttles, buses, and vans.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
Booking/Purchase of a service
A) Managing a booking/purchase order and subsequent execution of purchase orders;
B) Organizational management of the contract (e.g., relations with employees, external collaborators).
C) Fulfillment of legal obligations related to the contractual relationship, including tax obligations.
D) Management of information requests.
Legal Basis:
For purposes A) and B): the service purchase contract. For purpose A) regarding booking management, the legal basis may also be the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
For purpose C): fulfillment of a legal obligation.
For purpose D): consent in the case of requests for information only (without a purchase), expressed by the request itself; the contract in other cases, i.e., where the data subject has already booked/purchased a service.
"Information Request"
Management of information requests.
Legal Basis: Consent expressed by the user by entering data in the appropriate form and creating an account. In the case of information requests regarding a quote for a service offered by Busrapido, the legal basis may also be the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
"Become a Partner" Section
Managing the request for information to become a partner.
Legal Basis: Consent of the data subject expressed by sending the request. Providing data is mandatory if you wish to receive information.
"Login" Section
Registration on the website and subsequent management of the relative account.
Legal Basis: Consent expressed by the user by entering data in the appropriate form and creating an account.
Marketing and Profiling Activities
Sending communications for marketing and/or commercial purposes as well as carrying out profiling activities.
Legal Basis: Explicitly expressed consent by the user.
For the sharing/transfer of personal data to commercial partners to allow them to carry out marketing activities, the legal basis is also the explicitly expressed consent of the user. Providing data is optional.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA
Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g., IP addresses, URI/URL addresses, time of request, server response status).
Retention: Data does not persist for more than seven days (except for potential investigations of crimes by judicial authorities).
