What is Busrapido and how does coach hire work?

Busrapido is an online platform that allows you to easily book a minibus or coach with a driver for group travel, events, airport transfers, school trips, or corporate travel. Busrapido manages the booking, payment, and customer support, while the transport service is carried out by certified professional operators authorized for bus rental with driver (NCC).

What is the minimum number of passengers to book a bus?

The Busrapido coach hire service is available for groups of at least 9 people. Currently, it is not possible to book vehicles for smaller groups, as the service is designed for group travel, events, weddings, trips, and organized transfers.

Does Busrapido offer NCC or chauffeur-driven car services?

At the moment, Busrapido primarily offers minibus and coach hire with a driver. Chauffeur services (NCC) or private cars may be available in the future for specific routes or individual transfers.

How much does it cost to hire a coach with a driver?

The cost of hiring a coach with a driver depends on several factors such as distance in kilometers, duration of the service, number of passengers, type of vehicle, and the time of year. Busrapido automatically calculates the best available quote for bus hire, offering a comprehensive solution with no surprises.

What is included in the coach hire price?

The rental price for the coach or bus always includes: vehicle hire, driver (or second driver if necessary), fuel costs, highway tolls, and vehicle insurance.

What costs are not included in the bus hire?

Expenses always considered "not included" in the final quote are the driver's board and lodging (where applicable), parking fees, ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) passes, checkpoints, city entry taxes, ferries, tunnels, bridges, mountain passes, and other similar expenses. Any changes to the route or schedule that involve additional costs beyond those planned at the time of booking are also excluded.

What payment methods are accepted on Busrapido?

You can pay via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

When am I entitled to a refund?

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply, calculated on the total amount of the booked service More than 30 days notice: 100% full refund. Between 30 and 15 days notice: 70% refund of the total amount. Between 14 and 7 days notice: 30% refund of the total amount. Between 6 days and the day of the service (or no-show): No refund will be due.

How can I make a complaint or request a refund?

Write to Busrapido Customer Service (info@busrapido.com) within the required terms. It is important to report any issues at the beginning of the trip to correctly initiate the complaint management process.

Can I modify a confirmed booking?

Yes, but changes (times, route, number of passengers) must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability and approval by the Busrapido team.

How can I retrieve my quote?

If you requested a quote without registering, you can retrieve it from the dedicated sections on the homepage, menu, or footer by entering the contact person's email address and the PNR code. If you do not have this information, you can always request a new quote. To retrieve a previous booking without a registered account, use the specific item in the menu located at the top left of the homepage.

What types of buses can I hire with Busrapido?

Busrapido offers various types of buses with varying capacities (approximately 19, 30, 50, up to 80 seats), selected based on your travel needs.

Can I choose a specific bus model?

No, the model shown is indicative. Busrapido guarantees a vehicle with equivalent or superior characteristics to the one selected. The size of the coach/bus selected will correspond to the number of passengers communicated during the quoting or purchasing phase.

When will I receive the driver's contact details?

You will receive the driver's contact information the day before the trip.

What happens if the pick-up point is unreachable?

If the indicated point is not accessible by bus, an alternative starting point nearby will be agreed upon.

How much luggage can I bring on the bus?

One personal bag per passenger is included (approximate dimensions 40×30×20 cm). Additional luggage is accepted only if compatible with the vehicle's capacity.

Is Busrapido responsible for luggage?

No, responsibility for luggage lies with the passenger. Busrapido is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to transported items.

Can minors travel alone?

Under 10 years old must be accompanied, between 10 and 17 years old can travel alone with written authorization.

Can I travel with pets?

Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is granted.

Is the service available for people with disabilities?

Yes, Busrapido guarantees access without discrimination. It is necessary to check the specific box during the quote calculation process to receive a quote tailored to your needs.

What behaviors are prohibited on the bus?

On board the coach, it is not permitted to: smoke (including e-cigarettes), consume alcohol, disturb the driver, or board while intoxicated. Failure to comply with these rules may result in exclusion from the trip.

What happens in case of a delay at pick-up?

The bus will wait for up to 30 minutes. After this time, the service may be considered performed without the right to a refund.

Are there costs for extra hours of service?

Yes, any extra hours have an approximate cost of €100/hour.

Who is responsible for the transport service?

Busrapido manages the booking and support, but the transport service is carried out by authorized third-party operators, who are responsible for the execution of the trip.

Is Busrapido responsible for delays or unexpected events?

Busrapido is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Is the trip insured?

All vehicles are covered by insurance according to current regulations, including liability toward passengers.
