Busrapido is an online platform that allows you to easily book a minibus or coach with a driver for group travel, events, airport transfers, school trips, or corporate travel. Busrapido manages the booking, payment, and customer support, while the transport service is carried out by certified professional operators authorized for bus rental with driver (NCC).
How can I retrieve my order?
To retrieve a previous booking without a registered account, use the specific item in the menu located at the top left of the homepage, or in the footer or in the first view of login/registration modal, near the language selection.
Can I modify a confirmed booking?
Yes, but changes (times, route, number of passengers) must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability and approval by the Busrapido team.
What payment methods are accepted on Busrapido?
You can pay via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
What is included in the coach hire price?
The rental price for the coach or bus always includes: vehicle hire, driver (or second driver if necessary), fuel costs, highway tolls, and vehicle insurance.
